Personal Coaching
You and I will either talk on the phone or meet in person, depending on your location. We can cover any topic you wish, however, initially we'll review your values, goals and identify your reasons for wanting to take a Career Break.

Career Break Workshop
An inspiring, practical and interactive workshop designed to help make the break you know you want and deserve.
During the workshop we will –
- identify your reasons for wanting to take a career break
- review your values and create new goals
- discover your travel style and type of travel you prefer
- get specific about where you want to go and what you want to do
- create strategies to maintain momentum in order achieve your goals
- complete exercises to help keep you focused, motivated and committed to achieving your goals
You'll also meet other like-minded people who are also considering a Career Break. Share your stories, dreams and ideas for your break and make some new friends at the same time!
Time: 3-3.5 hours
Cost: £75 per person
Materials and refreshments provided. Workshops are held across London

Eco-coaching
Career Break Coaching is passionate about giving back to the community and to demonstrate this we are volunteering our coaching services for FREE. This service is open to schools, charities, volunteer organisations and the like. Conditions apply so please contact us for further information.
